Buying a new car is always a big decision. We understand this and want to help you be more confident that you are driving away in the right car for you.

If the Scenic you buy isn't quite right for your needs; for example you buy a diesel and find that a petrol model may well suit you better; just come and talk to us.

As long as you haven't done over 1000 miles and the vehicle is returned to us in the same condition as we sold it to you we are happy to arrange an exchange for any other vehicle we have on site.

Terms & Conditions

You may return this vehicle for any reason within 30 days of the date of first delivery and exchange it for another car from stock subject to the following conditions.

• You can only make an exchange once
• This is not a money back offer
• If you choose a more expensive vehicle, you will have to pay the difference in price between that and the original vehicle you purchased.
• The returned vehicle must be in the same vehicle as sold (ie tyres, options, glass, etc) and in the same condition as sold (ie no accident damage or modifications)
• The vehicle must not have covered more than 1000 miles since delivery
• The vehicle must be returned to us in a clean condition inside and out to allow us to make a full inspection.
• In all cases we must be satisfied that these conditions have been met
• There will be no reimbursement of the difference if an exchange is made for a vehicle of a lower price.
• If you bought the vehicle on finance you will need to settle your balance with the finance company and sign a new finance agreement.
