IS CHEAPEST ALWAYS BEST?

The beauty of the internet is that we can all do our shopping from our armchair.
If we are buying brand new we can freely compare what is offered and can compare prices.
However, the moment a new car drives off the forecourt it starts its own history and no two cars will ever be the same.
The way they are driven, serviced, maintained, damaged and cherished will all be different.
We very carefully select the cars we offer and will only buy the very best then prepare them to the highest standards and then give a first class after – sales service.
We could buy cheaper poor quality cars and do little to prepare them and offer them much cheaper but we won’t do that.
SO, I ASK AGAIN, IS CHEAPEST ALWAYS BEST?
About 150 years ago, John Ruskin the Victorian social revolutionist wrote the following and it is still as true today as it was then.
‘’It is unwise to pay too much, but it is worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money – that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot – it cannot be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better!’’
We believe that our company and our cars are ‘something better’ because we have worked hard to make them so.
